I bought this for my 10 year old to start lessons. I’ve played guitar for more than 20 years, many of those years were as a professional musician. I’ve played many small guitars but I would label them all as “toys”. This one is an actual instrument and could reasonably cost twice as much. The tuning machines are real and the guitar holds a tune. That is almost unheard of in the small guitar market. The intonation is solid up to the 10th fret (which is all you’ll need on a guitar like this). It comes stock with strings that will want to be tuned higher than standard acoustic guitar.
